Prepaid Sessions refer to any prepaid session packages or debit cards purchased in advance for future services. Any reference to “debit cards” elsewhere on the website or during booking is considered the same as Prepaid Sessions under these Terms of Use.
Services
Denise Maples VA, LLC provides personalized, one-on-one business operational support and digital organization services. Services are delivered virtually (such as via Zoom or Google Meet).
Services may include, but are not limited to those listed on the Denise Maples VA, LLC website under the Services tab and identified as Work With Me
Package Types
Hourly Support (Flexible & On-Demand) hours can be used as needed for whichever combination of services agreed upon. Hours can rollover from month to month until completion of per-purchased time. Additional hours may be pre-purchased at any time.
Ongoing Support Packages (Retainers) hours are good for 30 days from date of purchase. Remaining balance at the end of 30 days are forfeited unless prior agreement is made.
Services are educational and supportive in nature. Results may vary based on individual needs, experience, and goals.
Booking & Packages
Packages must be pre-paid in advance through the website or an approved scheduling platform (including Stripe Payment Links)
Client Responsibilities / Work Requirements
To ensure sessions are productive and successful, clients agree to:
- Ensure a stable internet connection for virtual meetings
- Have necessary login credentials and permissions ready (e.g., admin access if needed)
- Be present and available during scheduled session times
- Communicate any technical issues or limitations before or during the session
Failure to meet these requirements may limit the effectiveness of the session. Denise Maples VA, LLC is not responsible for incomplete work or outcomes resulting from the client missing access or information.
Payments, Refunds & Prepaid Services
Standard Payments
Denise Maples VA, LLC offers Prepaid Packages for purchase (also referred to as Debit Card). Service package prices are clearly listed at the time of booking. Pre-Payment is required prior to services starting.
Hourly Support (Flexible & On-Demand) Packages balance (hours remaining) may rollover month to month until completed or reinstated. Hourly Support Packages may be purchased in bulk, if desired.
Retainer Support Packages balance is good for 30 days from date of purchase. Remaining balance does not rollover unless prior agreement is made. Retainer Support Packages may be purchased in bulk, if desired.
By purchasing Prepaid Packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Prepaid Packages are non-refundable
- Prepaid Packages may be used only by the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You may receive email notifications of your Prepaid Package balance weekly unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Unused sessions remaining after the expiration date are forfeited.
Confidentiality & Client Information
Denise Maples VA, LLC respects your privacy and confidentiality.
Any personal or sensitive information you choose to share during services — including login details, passwords, financial information, or business-related materials — is treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing agreed-upon support.
Denise Maples VA, LLC will not disclose, share, or sell confidential or proprietary client information, including but not limited to:
Account or login credentials
Financial or billing information
Contact lists or customer data
Business systems, files, or internal processes
Confidential information will only be disclosed if required by law or with your explicit permission.
Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:
Interfere with the operation or security of the site
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, branding, and materials — is the property of KDV Support and may not be used without written permission.
